Lemba Lemba Aku Lapu
1 oz Lemba Agricole
.5 oz Lemba Spiced Blend
.5 oz Pussers Rum
.75 oz Velvet Falernum
3 drops Tiki Bitters
.5 oz Demerara Simple
1 oz White Grapefruit
.5 oz Pineapple
.75 oz Lime
Combine ingredients into mixing tin, add small amount of Pellet ice and “whip shake”, pour into chilled Mug, fill completely with pellet ice.
Garnish, Dehydrated Pineapple, Fronds, Edible Flower.
This drink was created by Adam Rains of the Golden Tiki. It is based on the Chief Lapu Lapu cocktail created by Filipino bartenders at Don the Beachcomber's.
