We are excited that you want to learn the behind the scenes of Tiki by the Sea. It takes a lot of hard work to make Tiki by the Sea happen.

Tiki by the Sea is a 3-day, invite-only bartender experience in Wildwood, NJ, held at the Barcelona Motel. Two waves will take place in 2026: September 8–10 and September 13–15, with each weekend offering a similar experience.
The program includes seminars on tropical culture and sugar cane spirits, tastings, hands-on workshops, great food, beach time, and exploration of the iconic 1950s seaside town of Wildwood. Speakers are carefully selected experts in tropical drinks and culture, with past presenters including Sasha Petraske, Brother Cleve, Shannon Mustipher, and Martin Cate.
Applications are reviewed blind as we build a diverse group of bartenders, influencers, and rising voices in the industry.
Attendees will meet in New York City and travel together by bus to the shore for a two-night stay. Participants are responsible for their travel to and from NYC.
