Tiki By The Sea is a three day invite-only experience for bar professionals. Our focus is to build the community through education on sugar cane spirits, Tiki culture and tropical drinks. Education is our focal point sprinkled in summer fun in Wildwood, NJ and Fregene, Italy with a diverse set of 50 attendees per weekend in June (NJ) and September (EU) !

Tiki by the Sea is a trade focused educational and immersive cultural experience into the culture, spirits and drinks of the tiki era.
Three days of knowledge.
Presenters are carefully chosen based on their knowledge of not only overall drinking culture and spirits, but specifically sugar cane based spirits and Tiki culture. We have had speakers such as Sasha Petraske, Brother Cleve, Shannon Mustipher, Martin Cate and many other renowned experts on drinks and Tiki life.
Three days of friendship and camaraderie.
50 attendees per wave creates a rather intimate community experience that you’ll take back home along with the knowledge and memories. In the past, bartenders have traveled from as far as Puerto Rico and Canada for the rich opportunity of knowledge and camaraderie.

Tiki by the Sea all takes place at the Barcelona Hotel in Wildwood, NJ - an Atlantic resort area with boardwalk, rides, a beach and exceptional amount of googie architecture. The city council has dedicated themselves to preserving Wildwood’s mid-century feel, which they call “Doo-Wop.”
