  • 1 1/2 oz Plantation OFTD

  • 1 oz Rabarbaro Zucca or other fairly butch Italian amaro

Shake well with cracked ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Do not repeat (but it's unlikely that you'll have to).

This cocktail comes from David Wondrich to feature Plantation OFTD. He named it for an Italian term for a guy who is everyone, like Kilroy.
