  • 1.5 oz Avuá Prata Cachaça

  • 0.75 oz Lemon Juice

  • 0.25 oz Rosemary simple syrup

  • 0.25 oz Amaretto

  • 0.5 oz Dekuyper Peach

  • 0.25 oz Benedictine

  • Red Wine Float

Serve in a rocks glass with one large ice cube.

This cocktail was developed by Karl Franz Williams of 67 Orange in Harlem. He uses the red wine float where others might use bitters.
