Macunaima
45 ml Avuá Prata Cachaça
25 ml simple syrup
20 ml lime juice
7 ml Fernet Branca
Put all the ingredients in a shaker with plenty of ice. Shake well.
Double strain into a small barrel glass or an Old Fashioned Glass.
Macunaima, a drink created at the Boca de Ouro bar (São Paulo) by Arnaldo Hirai, has already become a landmark for the national cocktail industry.
