• 1.5 oz Appleton Estate 8 year

• 0.75 oz Pineapple Juice

• 0.5 oz lemon juice

• 0.5 oz sorrel & cinnamon syrup

• 0.5 oz green chartreuse

• 4 dashes aromatic bitters, such as Angostura

To make syrup, steep dried sorrel and a cinnamon stick in freshly-made simple syrup.

Add all ingredients to a shaker. Shake vigorously with ice, and double strain into a chilled coupe.
