• 2 oz Plantation 3-star rum

• 0.5 oz lime juice

• 0.5 oz pineapple juice

• 0.5 oz ginger syrup

• dash Angostura bitters

Shake ingredients together and serve on the rocks. Top with soda. Garnish with ginger candy and a lime wheel.
